Satisfaction Guarantee:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Uppromart. If you are not satisfied with your mango product for any reason, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Conditions:

  • Unopened and Damaged Products: You may return unopened or damaged products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Opened Products: We understand that you might want to inspect the product before consuming it. However, due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we cannot accept returns for opened products unless the product is damaged or spoiled.
